February of 2018 we contracted Advantage to refinish main floor hardwood in our home. We are very pleased with the finished product & additional work completed, including replacement of portion of kitchen subfloor, feathering in of replacement hardwood (perfectly matched to existing) damaged due to a major fridge water leak & same in main floor powder room damaged due to improperly installed toilet. The job was completed in a timely manner & we felt the price was more than reasonable given the extra work required due to water damage………We would highly recommend Advantage Flooring- to anyone & give them a 10 out of 10 rating. Unfortunately had to replace some hardwood flooring due to water damage. Everyone at Advantage was helpful and professional and they did an excellent job of replacing the damaged boards with a perfect match. Our floors are once again looking beautiful. We decided to get a quote from Advantage after they did my brothers floor 4 years ago and they are still looking good. They did a fantastic job of our hardwood floor which was originally orange-y gloss and unprofessionally done by previous owners. Our kitchen had old vinyl over the hardwood which left dark stains. They managed to transform our floors into a fresh new walnut colour , leaving our place clean and free of dust. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the result ...Michelle Kamali
